And judge them on what you see
The colour scheme they’re found dress in
Proves only what they’re to be
How they’re hair is styled or
The clothes they’re found in
Automatically categorizes them
Not counting what’s within
Why must we all go label others
Just based on what we see?
And why must people label themselves
To prove they’re what they seem?
And to have views on
Certain aspects of your life
Must you dress a certain way
To prove your happiness or strife?
Or are the clothing you attired in
show what it is you like
The music that you listen to
Or if you like your life
Does you outward appearance also
Affect how you act and how you feel?
The way you present yourself
Does it prove your something real?
Or is that you’re scared people
Won’t accept you?
If you’re clothing isn’t like their own
Force to dress the way you do
Does fashion also affect all the cliques
Found inside your school
Each certain groups decides
What is and is not cool
So now tell me is it right to label others
When you could be wrong?
But then again maybe that is
what they wanted all along

to label or what is to label is, or can be, very unclear. It's more a matter of opinion I suppose (as to what exactly is labeling).
See if you dress (as you are so inclined) in a certain matter that seems to be a somewhat common fashion than you are more than likely going to be fit into a category, but, and this is most important, you (being a general you^_^) chose to categorize yourself in so far as that you chose, although having seen this fashion, and seeing that it was indeed categorized, to indulge in the fashion as well.
Sometimes we view things as wrong because we feel that they are directed towards us (and sometimes they are), but you have to realize and perhaps reflect, or look objectivly towards yourself, that you yourself may have generalized or categorized or labeled someone else (preps?). Life is full of this people have to think about you in some way or another (i personally consider you and every other human as insignificant, or as naked white monkeys, but then who am i to talk) Anyway, you addressed a very intriguing topic, and one that should be addressed, but perhaps in a different manner. Adieu...keep it up ^_^ send me a message if you want to discuss more, i'm always intrested....
