A glance at this heart of mine.
A split second of my everything being repaired with only time.

Sometimes we have so much.
Sometimes we have much more.
Sometimes we're willing to give it up, thinking some things are better than what we had before.

Being wrong is not whats hurting.
Hurting the one I love is whats tearing me apart.
Seeking love outside of my marriage, has wounded his fragile heart.

A year has passed since my heart deceived me, since it lingered into the wind.
I almost lost my true love, my husband, my best friend.

Today two hearts are mending,
the devil is no longer my guide.
I lay honored with my husband,
still holding me by his side. [comments] => 4 [counter] => 192 [topic] => 21 [informant] => 00319 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 29 [ratings] => 6 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Lifepoems )

This had to be hard for u to write.
It's really good that u realized what was happening before it was too late.
We all stumble and fall.
