Do you hear it screaming...
When the day lays you down to rest...
Do you close your eyes...
They say I hate you...
When the day lays you down to rest...
Is there reason for their crying...
When the voices play inside your head...
Is there reason for this dying...
When the day lays you down to rest...
When your whole world is freaking out...
Your brain cant take much more...
And you hear the voices calling you...
Break free...
Break down...
Break out...
What's behind all this madness...
Why do I hear them talking...
When the day lays me down to rest...
They call themselves the devil...
I am possessed...
When the day lays me down to rest...
The TV is talking to me again...
The jug just called my name...
But deep inside my mind they scream...
When the day lays me down to rest...
People torment, trashing broken mind...
People screaming, people needing, over crowded mind...
I'll die here with these voices...
When the day lays me down to rest... [comments] => 5 [counter] => 218 [topic] => 13 [informant] => surge_joebot [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )

They Call Me

When the day lays me down to rest...

I thought that it was written well. I can see why this was scary to write. Voices are very powerful.
