Array ( [sid] => 73561 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => I dont have you...I have me [time] => 2004-11-29 08:49:30 [hometext] => Not a true story for me. But for others...you never know [bodytext] => The summer rain falls gently on my head as I watch you walk away from me
I expect to feel pain but all I feel is happy…happy for the first time since I met you
Even though I’m cold and alone now
I don’t have to suffer with your ****
I walk back inside my apartment and sit on the sofa
Looking outside the window at the porcelain snowflakes
Falling upon the dirty ground
Curling up into a ball I think about the day we first met.
First day of Collage and I looked into your brown almond eyes
So full of life and caring. So lovely. And enchanting.
We started dating a month later always going to coffee houses and antique stores
You always were hugging me as if I was a possession. Little did I know…I was.
We had been dating a year and that’s when I started suffocating.
I lost my friends and family. Even my kitten.
When you moved in with me you kicked it out the window. It died since it was a baby
I soon lost touch with reality
I was always in a daze never knew if I was dreaming or living.
You started hitting me when you found out I were pregnant.
So I went to the abortion clinic. It hurt
When I told the councilor at the school she talked to you
And you got so mad at me.
I finally got the police involved when I wasn’t scared of you anymore
Just raging angry.
You’re gone from my sight into the world of decay now.
Gone to abuse another.
Even though I don’t have friends, family or my kitten
I have myself.
