-Hey look over there....
-Look at our Boy....
-Peacefully asleep....
-That beautiful, fuzzy hair...
-It hardly describes, but our bundle of joy.
-Free from stress, more than skin-deep.
-He holds us, he's the alloy.
-He's our beautiful baby boy.

So our son.....we say to you...
We promise these things...
You have no need to fear......
No need to cringe......
We're always there, if you only knew.
The smallest tear......The smallest whimper..
Pulls the heartstrings.
We swear that on you nothing will infringe.
Nothing will ever tamper.

-chrs.

Any time our son...that you are afraid.
Know that you can call.
Know that we can take it all.
With you, We promise to never be dismayed.
Promise to never dissapear.
Promise to have your back.
And promise to fight off the fear.
And promise never to slack.

-chrs.

That first Day of school......
When you walk into that room....
All those eyes stareing back at you..
Remember that we are there.......
In that foriegn classroom,
Remember that we gave it all,
It's your showroom.
It's your own private fair.
Your...your only wall.

-chrs.

Remember throughout your life my son.
That We are there.
Your Mother and I,
One of us always by your side.
One of us will always be up at One.
One of us will always be in the armchair.
One of us will always be there.

-chrs.

-That beautiful, fuzzy hair...
-It hardly describes, but our bundle of joy.
-Free from stress, more than skin-deep.
-He holds us, he's the alloy.
-He's our beautiful baby boy.

So off you go in life.
Free from worry and free from strife.
Remember............you can ask anyone...
That you are loved.
You are cherished......you are special...
You are held above.
Your never fallen..............always golden.
Always graceful..........In your life you will travel.

-chrs.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
