gettin the greens makes me happy
hittin the green makes me high
gettin the greens buys me the green
and it gets me so high i can fly
i call up my guy
and tell him how much
he gets in his car
and brings me a bunch
i break out the bong
and bang on the gong
and me and my friends
smoke all night long
our eyes get red
our stomachs rumble
and we get real dumb
like barney gumble
i light up the weed
in a joint the next day
i like to wake and bake
it gets me up all the way
i sit stoned on my couch
so relaxed that i slouch
then i reach fer the bong
and write me this song
i step out the door
im sober its a bore
i go to the homies
and light up some more
we pack the greens tight
as tight as we can
we bust fatty rippers
on a pipe with gold bands
honey oil on the top
to make sure we get
stoned on the spot
and waste time on the clock
THC runnin through my veins
i love chronic, all diffrent strains
if it were up to me id grow my own
but i cant until i get my own place
white widdow, bhuddas sister,
cali skunk, and chronic blitzer,
these are my friends, all different types
and they all make sure i get high as a kite
all you people who disagree,
prolly havent been as high as me
smoke an ounce of chron strait to your dome
and try to tell me you dont want no more home grown
people who say weed is bad
they must be depressed
they must be sad
the bounties of mary
are many for sure
it can bring us together
and make us wise and mature
i care not for those
who judge me because
i smoke marijuana
for enlightenment and a buzz
its been used for ages
from the middle east to asia
the history of weed
has many pages
so take after me
and get stoned off your ass
then read a book
and smoke some more grass
the higher you are,
the happier youll be
smoke untill you pass out
it is fun indeed!

| i disagree with you promoting this drug but although i dont like the theme it is written with cohesion (somehow) and makes me laugh. |
