Things creep into my mind
That are oh so dreary
Thoughts of bygone loves and forthcoming death
It makes me gasp from loss of breath
It is hard to express these things I feel
Anger, hatred, wronged and cheated
I fight to suppress them and they are defeated
At times I long to befriend everyone on the street
The young and the old, the forlorn and the elite
I want to comfort that crying child there
Take him in my arms, to show him I care
I would like to cure the sick, and feed the hungry
Not very realistic...I would have to agree
But these are the things that make me be me
If I could I would give all I had to the poor
Because I know they are deserving of so much more
My heart goes out to all who are old
I know they are living a hell that I have yet to behold
I want to take the aids patients who are weak, and make them strong
So their lives could be full, vigorous and strong
But I am not God, and I know that I can't
Not very realistic, I would have to agree
And with the world as it is today
I am very glad to be me....

The faith of a mustard seed
To move a mountain let it be
Pray
You hold many peoples feelings for a world of calm and peace
You are a wonderful person I concede
Beautiful feelings keep writting if just for
