Hear all the hushed voices
Why does it even matter
Are they talking to me
Are they talking to you
Why even bother
When none of it's true
Not one word is true
Take a good look
Look deep into their eyes
Do you really know what lies beneath
Do you really know what lurks inside
So much anger and hate
and feelings of despise
Hopelessness and fear
Will lead you to your demise
I don't know who I am
Afraid of what's inside
Feel so confused
When it tells me to say goodbye
