But for me that's just not possible,
I've lost my will to fight.

So for now I'll keep my secrets,
This is how I'll be,
And the "Me" that's in the picture,
Is all that you will see.

A little snapshot of my life,
A lie in brilliant hues,
A smiling picture of my face,
But inside I've got the blues.

I try hard to keep it hidden,
This pain I hold inside,

Excellent piece. Very well versed. Enjoyed it thoroughly from begining to end. Deep stuff & touching. Despite the the topic you made something good of it.

great write, I understand how you feel.. sometimes I feel like all I do is hide.
