Do we have no common sense
Who told us that we have the right
To have battles and wars commence
We cannot just fight with others for fun
It will not be justified
While massacres that cannot be undone
And hate will long subside
When the last blow is struck or the last shot fired
When great leaders win in the end
They may get what was desired
But they cannot take back what was done
The blood they made others shed
And there great hunger for killing sprees
Has finally been fed [comments] => 7 [counter] => 236 [topic] => 43 [informant] => The_Callif [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 18 [ratings] => 4 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => oops )

This one spoke volumes to me. I would have listed this as political poetry. Very good write. Keep it up. Or, perhaps I should say, "bring 'em on."
