with nothing but curiosity.

How was I supposed to answer such a question?
What am I supposed to say?

In my mind I think about my true feelings for him and what I’m going to say.

His beautiful blue eyes make me melt inside just looking at them;
like two pools of water that I wish to dive into;

His hair a deep, dark, brown,
like the color of sweet chocolate.

A great person with great musical talents along with a great sense of humor,
who always knows how to pick up my spirits when I’m feeling down.

I think of this in my mind knowing that no one will ever know my thoughts about the boy.

So I tell this person, “He’s just a friend,”

Though I hide my true feelings about this boy and wish this boy was mine.
So I leave with this and nothing more,
But I leave with my head full of thoughts and my heart wishing to see him again.

So I leave and daydream about a boy…
