a chocolate bar
A bite of something
sweet

With peanuts and
some caramel

My favorite kind
to eat

Or maybe crisp
thin wafers
On each, the
chocolate spread

I'd eat it slow
and savor it
Let each flavor
fill my head

I wish I had
a chocolate bar
I can't hold back
much more

I NEED to have
a chocolate bar
Oh good,
I'm at the store! [comments] => 8 [counter] => 192 [topic] => 7 [informant] => freckle [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 17 [ratings] => 4 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => HumorPoetry )

Open it slowly, let the aroma of the chocolate feel the air, now lick the bar let the chocolate melt on your tongue and slowly nibble until its all gone. Always keep a spare hidden.

This is precious. My favorite is dark chocolate. Chocolate soothes my soul. Makes me human and the only real thing that makes life worth living. lol
