I was driving through this Little Town one day.
When I noticed a crowd of people gathered around,
My curiosity got the better of me...
So I made a U turn at the edge of town.

The people standing there had this gloom about them,
Standing there with heavily tear stained eyes.
I asked one lady...are you alright, seeing all the tears?
Her reply...it's the Annual Day for the Love Auctioneer.

She said, once a year he comes,
To Auction off our broken hearts, one by one.
The highest bidder gets to take all the hearts.
With time, patience, and love,
Hoping to give them a new start.

This Auctioneer of Love has really big turn outs.
As we speak, he's sending out his team of scouts,
To other towns such as this...
To those who are broken hearted,
Who sit with thoughts of loves long past and reminisce.

The Auctioneer handles each heart with care,
Each one having their own story to tell.
To the highest bidder goes all the Aching Souls...
He takes them and gently makes them whole.

So that broken hearts can love again.
With the Annual Auction, everyone wins,
If you're in need, I'll tell you where this Town is,
Just off of Interstate 298, a place called Heart Break Town.
With the help of the Auctioneer of Love...
He can turn the Broken Hearted around.

Every year they seem to draw larger crowds,
As the Auctioneer of Love yells very loud...
"A place of hope, where you won't always be alone,
Going once!,...going twice!,...going for the third time...
All Broken Hearts going, going... gone!"

Hope for the Broken Hearted!
