Array ( [sid] => 82536 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Batman on Valentine's Day [time] => 2005-02-01 20:08:33 [hometext] => I wrote this when I figured out who my Valentine would be...no one. [bodytext] => If you know me, then you know my creed:
I'm a loner till I'm a goner;
the essence of me
People tear at my soul
sometimes not even realizing they hurt me
with words that cut and words that stab
words that hook and words that jab
words that run me down like a New York cab
I've been hit by a cab in reverse and a parking cab
a cab turning a corner and a cab in a traffic jam
I've been hit by the same cab so many times
that the driver don't even bother to apologize
He thinks I'm trying to commit suicide
cuz my mind must surely be lost
to get hit again and again by a cab called "Love"
and a driver named "False"
So like the Dark Knight
I'm so prone to being alone
All hope for a love in my life seems to be gone
an I'm constantly forlorn
So now I believe I know how thw Great Detective feels
I have no emotion to the point where I'm willing to kill
So before you ask me on February 14th what I did for my boo
I got a riddle for you:
On Valentine's Day, what does Batman do? [comments] => 4 [counter] => 258 [topic] => 7 [informant] => lilschizoboy07 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 10 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => HumorPoetry )
