I have not know you for to long

I feel a certain level of glee
When your name on the screen I see
You may not read my stuff today
But I am happy any way
Even though we are far apart
Your writing has a special place in my heart

I am sorry if this seems to bold
But my feelings must be told
About you going to your place
And leaving us, this world to face
I apologize if this seems mean
But I am sad that by us you will not be seen.

We will miss you Autumngreeneyes.

Autumngreeneyes I am sad that you are to leave
But it is for the best you perceived
Complaining I will not do
For your time here is through
The writings we have read
Will keep our minds well feed

Wolfman, you have described my feelings exactly! She was a good friend, and a beautiful writer... we will mss her dearly, this is true. Her witty flair and profound poetry will always have a special place in our hearts. Good-bye to my dear friend Mary.... A lovely tribute to a lovely poetess, douce Wolfman! Loved this piece. Unashamed to say I affected change to the score of 1, with my own vote of 5. I will miss you as well Mary, safe journies my friend, a few of us will leave a light on for you ... Well written Wolfman, I would be willing to bet there are many more people on site that her poetry touched ... that will miss her as well.
