Array ( [sid] => 8339 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => Icy Flame [time] => 2002-12-10 09:00:00 [hometext] => Have you ever been fosaken true love? This poem explains that feeling. Careful, it's kinda long. [bodytext] => I was held in no where
Bound in blood stained chains
Entering into complete insanity
Engulfed in black icy flames.

True, I was there
But helpless I was not
Floating on a cloud of error
From the things that I had fought.

Iremembered all to well
That night when I was bound
I looked up passed the flames
And your shadow is what I found.

You wiped away my glassy tears
Kissed me with your soft, sweet lips
Cunningly ripped out my bruised, worn heart
Blood ran down your finger tips.

You sweetly sang a song
With a smile on your face
As you took this no one's heart
For one last hard disgrace.

You ripped it piece by piece
As I could still feel the pain
I could feel every piece being torn
You knew I was slowly going insane.

You took the bleeding pieces
And threw them in the flames
Then proudly gave me the box
Overflowing with burnt remains.

where my heart used to be
you reached into that hole
Fumbled with cold, bloody hands
And slowly ripped out my soul.

You left me bleeding there
And you let my glass tears fall
As you took my tattered soul
And nailed her to the wall.

I could see her silver blood
Run to the floor and freeze
She pleaded to you for help
Her diminished cries & screams.

But all you did was laugh
At the pains you put me through
I closed my desperate eyes
I couldn't bare to look at you.

When I drifted into a nightmare
You gently laid me on the floor
I think you finally knew
I couldn't take anymore.

You laid my bloody soul beside me
All she could do was sigh
She wiped away one glassy tear
And then I saw her die.

You had missed a pice of my heart
It still looked as good as new
I pulled it from my bleeding chest
And thrust it out at you.

With my heart destroyed
And no soul to find
The only thing that kept me alive
The insanity in my mind. [comments] => 2 [counter] => 176 [topic] => 22 [informant] => Shattered_Angel [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LostLove )
