Youve helped me face most every fear
Made many thing in my head clear
My heart skips a beat when I see your face
And many more when we embrace
I find more comfort in all of me
With you even more definitely
I see myself in a higher light
And less often find myself in fright
You help me when trouble comes my way
Youre there for me each and every day
Even when you have needs of your own
For my needs yours are postponed
I try to help you first when I can
But when Im in pain youre the bigger man
You treat me better then I thought anyone could
I wish I could treat you that good
I try but it seems I always fail
My progress is as slow as a snail
I love you more then the world
And when you smile my head swirls
My vision blurs and my stomach turns
My mind and body for you both yearn

| I like it a lot, but read it out loud. when i read it, it seemed like the rhythm in the second half was off. the couplets didn't exactly match up near the end. very sweet, nice job! |
