After all these years
After all this time
You still leave me
With a positive sign
Be it on the back of my neck
Or flicker of my eye
I still feel your presence
Too strongly to deny

My ears hear your voice
My mind pictures your face
Your smell still lingers
In the smallest of place
You might have been taken in body
But your spirit lives on
I still feel it daily
Long after you’ve been gone

I find it a comfort
That helps me deal with your loss
To still feel you beside me
Helps we deal with the cost
Right now my heart is beating
Cause I feel you right now
I know that you’re there
Guiding me somehow

This is wonderful, Jeff. Emotional and well crafted --- which is not an easy thing to achieve. I agree with the others... it's quite moving.

Well done,
~SNM~
