You call me crazy
You call me insane
All because I act a little strange
Haven't you ever wanted to just believe
In something no one else believes
An imagination is something fun
I just use mine more than you
When I saw the butterfly on the ceiling when no one else did
You just laughed and called me crazy
But as much as it hurt it didn't stop me from having my fun
I loved the look on your face when I came to lunch wearing my hat, wings, and wand
The butterfly fairy was my name
Even though you laughed I kept being me
No matter how crazy I may seem
If you had something you really believed in
I wouldn't stop you from it
Why don't you play along
Are you afraid of just being crazy for once
Being yourself is really fun
