Array ( [sid] => 86487 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => My Poem To You! [time] => 2005-03-05 00:10:10 [hometext] => Something I just believe in from the bottom of my heart....yet so hard to stick too in this hard world...Please don't read if you don't believe!!! [bodytext] => As I sit here writing this poem.

Intensity sets in and I feel quite alone.

My mind is in place for a different world...

the aspect of "human nature" is in a whirl.

The road is suppose to be straight yet it want's to curl.

Uncontrollable bliss is what us humans think we can be in.

Yet we don't follow what God wants us to do, the Devil makes us sin.

All we have to do is follow His Word.

Obey what Jesus preached and not say "How absurd!"

Keeping His Sabbath every Saturday of the week.

Reading the bible and enjoying what we seek.

Imagine one day being like God Himself!

We just have to stop focusing on our wealth.

Pray with someone that has given you strife.

Fast once a week and God will be in your life.

So remember His Commandments and follow them true.

You may find you arn't feeling so blue.

Interesting poem, especially the opening 2 lines ;)
I'm pretty sure that jesus didnt say u have to keep the sabbath and read the bible, he was just telling people to be nice to each other. think the rest of it was made up by roman catholics centuries afterward.. that's my personal view, but whatever you feel you need to feel spiritual fulfilment you should follow. good write, keep it up (and remember to enjoy the shower ;P)
Peace, Pete
