[hometext] => This poem was written about a soldier who servied in Iraq who is very dear to my heart.
[bodytext] => Broken It's been months since I've said your name, To say it would break me Then I would have to accept that your not here. You're far away in a world I know nothing of. A world of hostility. Hidden dangers that creep in the night. A world unlike ours full of pain. Haunted by the screams in the night. Streams of blood flow to the ground. Your soul has broken distraught and full of Guilt. Trapped in the devils rein Where the innocent and guilty have been treated as equal. You've become lost in the nowhere. You're out of reach just like a ghost Clouded and Untouchable I cry out in sorrow, but you can't hear me. I fall to my Knee's in agony, as my heart starts to bleed. The cries get louder and tears drown my eyes. The pain is so deep and un-mandible. It's become hard to breath.
