Array ( [sid] => 87300 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => beautiful girl/my crutch [time] => 2005-03-12 21:30:12 [hometext] => been kind of sad and depressed lately...so i've written a couple of poems....heres 2 of them.. [bodytext] => She was beautiful.
perfect, flawless porcelion skin.
her dark espresso hair that
waved and blew in the wind.
her eyes a bright shade of envy green,
with a tint of forest.
She was beautiful.
But inside--
She was broken.
like a shattered mirror thrown
against the wall
into a million pieces
of hurt and pain.
She lost everything--
her sanity, friends, family,
her life.
no more to return to the
self she once knew so well.
Even in dispair though,
She was beautiful.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My Crutch
Your back again,
i should have known you would be.
i thought i was better then this.
i thought i didn't need them--
but i was wrong.
All those feelings of disgust, anger and
hate towards myself started
again when i stopped using them.
They are my crutch,
my need,
a crucial part of my daily life.
Your never going to
leave me alone.
You will haunt me with out them.
there is never a moment i'm
not thinking of you, of them.
i will sink
and they will bite my legs,
grab me and never let go,
never let go.
beautiful girl made me cry
It made me think of my sister. She had such a bad life. "even in despair" she was beautiful. She was killed by her ex-boyfriend. I'll post the one I wrote about her. These girls sound so much alike, except for the green eyes. She had espresso browns. ugh...I miss her.
Thank you for such a lovely one.
