You don't wonna hear my past.
You gotta be determined to last.
It's an evil world down here
but grab luv, don't fear.

So many die at their own hand.
Self defeating nature plagues our land.
It breaks my heart to see
Many dieing searching for free.

Keep on keeping on to help.
Put your own troubles on a shelf.
Reach out to our children in pain.
Teach them luv in lifes rain.

Where are their answers, I cry?
They live in pain, oh my!
Give us the key that turns
Their tormented souls that burn.

Show them precious is life.
Help them overcome their strife.
Use me Oh gentle, luving savoir
To help them see in them you favor.

Light a candle in each immortal soul.
Give them lifes luv to glow.
There's no rest if we don't try.
Oh Lord don't let them slip by.

What does it say if suicide rules?
Where's your answer to get um thru?
We as adults shuld never give up.
Let's lead them to victory's cup

Emystar, - true twinkling star, - this is sooooooooo beautiful soooo touching!
Yes tragic it is how many get lost, because so many do not care.
This beautiful and heart wrenching poem is a clarion call to stir the hearts of the indolent..
Thank you thank you for composing and posting it.
Love and peace
Elizabeth

Very nice poem. You pick such a tough and emotional topic...sometimes it seems we promote the easy way out, if it can be considered that, in our culture of death. sigh. Thanks for sharing, and warm regards,
