but you opened me up again
to the wondrous joy of life
you made me forget my struggles and strife
it was so relaxing to just share
with someone who truly seemed to care
it was a bond i thought would grow
but there were things i didn't know
i was a project for you
someones head you could get into
a poem or song to write about
a fool your played without a doubt
i opened up my heart to you
told you things no one else knew
how could i have been such a fool
but how could you of been so cruel
you won me over and played your game
and i only have myself to blame
a painful lesson learned
from being burned
is that i will never hurt one friend
to let another in
they will never be betrayed
cos i wanna get laid
and even now in the end
i still consider you a friend
God said to be forgiving
but a close bond you and i will never be reliving
I said a prayer for you today
that you will be blessed always

Well first of all Good Write!! I feel your pain, I know how many people act like that for their own gain. Some people think that a kind heart is there just to be used because of it's weekness to love, to be easily torn apart.

I can see that you are a good poet, with deep feeling.

I would like you to comment on my poetry when you have time.

Take care and once again GOOD WRITE!!
