With blood stained silk and fear
Knock over the bed spread love
Love it so tenderly
Yellow eyes are all around
Rustling the leaves that bind me
Breathing down my neck again
Somebody please control me
You gotta love the lovely smells
Of life that flood the air
You gotta hate what it brings
When death floats through the air
It's four thirty finally
It's time for me to wake up
The alarm doesn't sound though
And no coffee in my cup
Another simple nightmare
Another dreaded thought
Of a time that time forgot
When everything was lost
Blackness sheathes my eyes
Of love that lost it's will
The emptiness inside of me
Has never been known to kill
Sitting here so sweetly
I dream of yesterdays
When everything seemed so simple
In each and every way

I found this rather disturbing, but I liked it a lot. The lines "The emptiness inside of me, Has never been known to kill" really struck me. I liked this a lot wow.

Disturbing? nuh uh...i feel to tame you would be to kill everything about you....and Blackness that sheathes your eyes ...should stay..as i know from reading you that your love will find a way in which that can stay.....burning deep inside raging with anger unknown to man...yet the simplicity of you dwells within a heart so cold which is the mirrored image of what you write untold....beautiful write my friend....absolutely beautiful...

Wow, this can be looked at and interpreted soooo many different ways, but anyway it's looked at, it's profound. I've read it thrice now. And I must say, If I was queen of the Easter Bunnies, this poem would be a must read for everyone. It's very very good. Thanks for sharing it.
