WHY IS ALL THIS ANGST
AND AGGRESSION INSIDE
I'M NOT AN EVIL MAN INSIDE
FOR I MAY NOT BE PERFECT
JUST LED ASTRAY
TWISTED EMOTIONS
GET THE BEST OUT OF ME
I'LL NEVER STOP HURTING
FOR ALL I HAVE DONE
JUST WILL TORMENT MYSELF
FOR THOSE WHO I HAVE WRONGED
I BROUGHT DEATH TO THERE LIVES
WITH THAT FIRST INJECTION I GAVE
I AM DISGUSTED AND I DESPISE MYSELF
IVE BROUGHT EVERYONE AROUND ME DOWN
FOLLOWING ME TO THEIR DEATH
SOMEWHERE ALONG THIS MANS PATH
I'VE FALLEN APART INSIDE
SEEMS THE EMOTION JUST DISAPPEARED
NO LONGER PART OF ME
WHO WILL RELEASE ME FROM LIFE ONE DAY
WISHING THAT DAY WERE HERE
FOR I DREAM OF THE DAY
THAT MY LIFE WILL END

Flows well, but a little jittery. However the imagery is fantastic. I get the feeling it is about a DrugDealer possibly. That was my first impression anyway.
