When I think of how much it hurt.
To see you with everyone else,
Except me.
I immediately put those thoughts,
Out of my head.
And pretend they dont exist.
Because as happy as I am with you now,
They might as well not exist.
I spend more time with you or talking to you
Than I spend eating, and sleeping together.
Pain just doesnt exist in my life anymore.
And Im not about to go make any space for it.
I dont need it.
I hate it.
And it is not a part of my life anymore.
Thank you for helping me make that statement
Come true.
And thank you for being the foundation
Of my happiness.
I love you for that
As well as for everything else about you.
So the next time youre upset
Because someone gave you a hard time,
Or because something didnt
Go exactly the way you planned.
All you have to think about is,
The fact that pain doesnt exist anymore.
And if that doesnt make you feel better,
Then call me,
And Ill make sure my love does.

i like this poem it is hard to find good happy poetry....most of mine is sad and this was a great poem
