I cried when i found out
I had no idea he felt that way
He shut himself off from me no doubt.

Now his acting all weird
From that heavy ordeal
His acting how I feared
Not really wanting to heal.

He was going to leave me behind
He didn't give a care
For he was fighting with his mind
And care was not something he could bare.

He doesn't seem to talk to me anymore
Even though I try
I know his really sore
But he won't tell me why.

There's probably not one of my friends who hasn't thought of dieing
That may include me
But when I think of this subject I start crying
And thinking what could be.

No one is hurt free
And no one is perfect
This we need to see
And have a little respect. [comments] => 2 [counter] => 162 [topic] => 32 [informant] => EmSal [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => SadPoetry )

No one is hurt free i like that line...Sometimes when we try to help those who we think need our help and we try and talk to them, they have already made their minds up that they are going to do somthing, and that's scary really because normally there is always that one person who can save them or help them, it's a matter of knowing who that person is and not mistaking it for your own self....i enjoyed reading this one it reminded me of someone i love...that was going to commit suicide, im glad he didn't....and i know he's at least somewhat content now....tha's all i need to know...i thank you for sharing your poetry it's beautifully written, i look forward to reading more of your poetry....

After reading your comment on my poem about friendship lost, I thought I would check out yours that you said you had written. I am so very sorry this has happened to you - I know how difficult it is to be there with your heart open, but to be treated with so little respect.

Beautiful poetry. I hope things work out for you.
