More than you will ever know
Since the first day I saw you
I knew what true love was

But there was something in the way
And we would be back at square one
Always friends, never anything more
But I guess that's how things are

I'm over the fact that we will never be
I've learned to face reality
And to give up on my dreams
Don't feel bad as you read this though

You're a great friend to have
And I don't want to miss out on that friendship
I'll find some one else some day
Some one who cares for me too.

But for now I love you, my friend

This is such a sweet poem. It takes a lot to realize that a love for a friend is difficult to pursue, and you did a great job of expressing that through this write. Excellent work.

Sounds like you're so close, but too far away,
like a rose you plant at night,& is to bloom like a falling star the very next day! A love that has you so high, until you fall so low,a dream you won't deny, even though it's froze!! This has so much feeling & hurt, but with a little bit of dreaming & work, you'll have a love that will keep you feeling like it's the best on earth!!!
A 5 *****!!!!

DAN!!!!!
