The same as forgetting.
Both of them, at times, go together;
When you forget the most,
More silence lives in the forgotten…

But where silence lays,
(Like the absence of your voice, your smile,
Of your hair like a hank of wind,
Of your fire eyes,)
There is never forgetting,
Only tears like mine…

Crying to the night with white lamentations,
Wrapping my head in the pillow,
And laughing sadly about the memories…

A candle observes from the table,
Mocking me with its flickering subliminal messages.
SOS, but its probably not for me,
There’s only NOS dwelling here,
No One Special indeed…

A trace of dust writes a poem,
The pen describes the same path as yesterday,
Also that of tomorrow…

Today, a memory of yours traveled through time,
And smiled sweetly at me for a moment.
Today, I returned to look at your face through recollection,
And a great sadness blossomed from the bottom of my soul,
Wrapping your memory in tears,
Only tears,

Silence is strange,

Feelings I have felt so many times Steph but could never express as beautifully as you.
I hear you my friend. I to feel the memories of the past. They seem to haunt you and invade your thoughts. The tears flow in to an ocean deep.
