Anger and frustration are poisoning my soul.
Tearing apart everything that has kept me whole.

It has taken all that I am, all that is me.

Anger and frustration are ruining my life.
Leaving me with nothing but unrelenting strife.
What must I do to get rid of this pain?
Is there anything I can do to keep myself sane?

I knew this would happen right from the start.
Chained to the floor, no longer able to be free.

Anger and frustration bottled up inside.
Feelings I can no longer seem to confine.
What must I do to get rid of this pain?
Is there anything I can do to keep myself sane?
