Like someone to confide in, and absorb the blame

This paper, my imaginary friend
To hold my secrets and never bend

Like a butterfly ride to the sky above
The place where I escape, and finally feel love

Where I release my feelings and empty my emotions
And create waves of words as beautiful as the ocean

To feel the void and numb the null
To form and ocastra to mask the dull

Like the act of breaking my binding chains
And do as I want, while going against the grain
. . .

Another poem writen, and I am the creator
Another page filled with words, from my pain to paper

There is something perplexing about this piece...
The first 2 lines are bold and appealing, an excellent introduction to the piece.
An emotive comparision.

"To feel the void and numb the null
To form and ocastra to mask the dull"
This line, most appeals to me, yet I cannot help wondering whether you meant to express: "To form an orchestra to mask the dull".
If not, then I do apologise.
I simply adore the 2 lines, regardless.

I like the concept of "going against the grain"...it is an emotional notion, most well expressed.

And the outro is fantastic.
It is much like a signature.
Well done :)
