As the gifted in voice do sing
Whereas if notes do not exist
If melodies are not played
Music does not spread its wing

The sun never fails to rise
In the early morning hour
The beginning of each day
Still light is overshadowed
By darkness arriving to devour

A rose does blossom
Taking a most beauteous form
Yet it soon does tire and die
The shades do fade
Wilting in night’s storm

An actor does wear a mask
Whilst inhabiting a role
Then when the curtain falls
The mask is unveiled
Revealing his desperate soul

Just as it is written
-~________~-
“Even in laughter the heart may be in pain…”

This is so real to life. Splendid write. Very few things are exactly as they seem, so we should never take things at face value. We should investigate more before we jump in or accept as the truth. Splendid, splendid.
