Suicide

Narrow eyes fixing in on you They're doing everything they can do Life slipping away so slow Sending you to the pits below Docters try to save you're life Repair the damage done by the knife They try to tell you there's so much more So much on Earth worth living for But all you see is the big twilight You want to know what's beyond the white light I gaze into your narrow eyes I can see the truth as well as the lies Narrow eyes fixing in on you You're too far gone for us to pull you through

Great poem. It flowed very well! I've been there before... it's a dark place where no one should ever have to go. You'd be surprised how long of a cord they can make to save you, though. |
