Or the drunk driver couldn’t just swerve

I can’t decide on what to wear on a special night
The black tuxedo, just in case the waiters wear white

I can’t comprehend how birds fly effortlessly in the storm
Or how the rainbow ends but never touches down on earth

I can’t see how the mountains were once under the ocean
Or how the waves are caused by the moons flagrant motion

I can’t believe that nothing you have ever said was true
How the lies were fakes and the truths were mistakes

And there was never one once of true devotion

Well the last line didn't lose me...haha but I won't point it out...I love the wonderful, diverse imagery you present in this write. I have an urge to get all philosophical, but I'll suppress it...lol I'll just say very nice job with this poem, and...the title says it all.....

I understood the last line..
(lest the simple mishap on the keys my friend)

(takin time to say "magnificent" again, my friend..)

As Always..
