I feel loved and wanted
I am believed in and I believe it that
I am the luckiest girl in the world
I have been through dirt,
grime, and dust
Through thick and ominous fog
I have reached the end, where everything
is okay
and I can finally see the light clearly
that had been by my side
all the way
With my guardian angels by my side
I feel alive and revived
With my love for others,
the world, and life
e x p a n d e d, I
can look a bit differently at all the strife
Now I see it as a blessing!
All the trials and tribulations I
have been through
have made me the person I am today
And I am not displeased in what I see when
I look in the mirror and also through to the inner
side of the person standing there
Sure, I see room for improvement and
I will strive to do it.
I will make myself better by giving more,
loving more, smiling more. . .
I will always be the luckiest girl in the world!
I am amazed by all that I have
I could never ask for more
I feel I really don’t deserve it so I
won’t take it greedily.
I share and spread what I have and teach to learn
from others along the way
An exchange of thoughts,
of smiles, of hugs
All this world needs is more love.
So here I am, the luckiest girl in the world, spreading
the love,
the joy, the peace
Feeling jubilant, crying tears of happiness –
silently released from the shackles of strife
The luckiest girl in the world has found the path
again
She will never stray nor go away.
I had only drifted, but in the end I was okay
Saved by my loved ones just when
I thought life was done.
The luckiest girl in the world, grinning ear to ear.
I can see the sun shining
The blue skies so clear
Musical mists and raindrop bands
marching to the tune of serenity
Remember, if it is not okay, it is not the end.
But when you have fought to the end, a
gift beyond measure
is yours for the taking
Never give up and you will be okay like the
luckiest girl in the world.
