What it's like to be me.
I hurt so much inside,
I wish I could make you see.
Our only baby has died,
And my heart is still torn.
Even though we didn't want it,
My soul still feels worn.
I try to be happy for you,
Even when I want to cry.
But sometimes it's just too hard,
When I feel like I'm going to die.
You've helped me with everything,
But this you don't understand.
I tried to be strong,
When I couldn't hold your hand.
I feel so alone in this,
Like my soul is confined.
No one knows how this feels,
I'm going to lose my mind.
I will try again to make you see,
All that's deep inside my heart.
So maybe you'll understand,
Why I am still so torn apart. [comments] => 4 [counter] => 329 [topic] => 75 [informant] => Fairiepsycho [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 10 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => anguished )

This is a deeply emotional write.
I loved it. I just want to let you know. You're
not the only one out there suffering.

Hang on tight,
Karlee

Keep getting out those emotions. This was a very emotional poem and it helps expressing your hurt and pain that you are dealing with. It helps especially when you feel like you are suffocating on everything and it is swallowing you whole. Keep writing these emotions and get them out. This was a sad and emotional poem but well written.

Take care

How easily we forgive everyone else and then when it comes to our own forgiveness we are so brutal and harse...I have learned that if I can't forgive myself I can't truly forgive another...food for thought. A good write..keep writing.
