There was bound to be hurt tossed
At weak minds
Thermafrost, at peak solar times
Wind chimes, hung on perpendicular grape vines
As the clangs turned to chatter, among the nine lives

There is something to be said for greatness
There is plenty to be had for, and less to be thankless
When second chances are offered they are meant for the taking
This is the self assurance I am currently embracing

The variables come into play far later then the act itself
A smack of reality sits and hunts the future from a distance
Entrapped winds held captive by their own ailing health
Prevailing storms scatter the sky as one star births, another,
and then another, until the poor have divided all the worlds wealth….

The mind never narrows
It expands within each new scenario
It depends on the intensity
Or the relentlessness of the enemy
The pathway from ignorance
To brilliance
From the minute
To the total complete existence
The slope, its diameter, and its circumference
Commiserates-
Vilifies and mediates
The ill afforded
Socialization mitigates
Even the less appropriate
Perverted, straightforward, or inverted
Convoluted and choreographed to music

Damn Jyss ... I haven't sought your work out in a while and I have missed
the intricateness of your art. Like a spiders web, your words sparkle
beautifully at a distance- so perfect and glittering. And the closer you
get, the more you are in danger of being caught in them, as they cling to
the skin, daring to be unbound. As usual, perfectly worded, my friend.

LOVE the title.

Life? It's full of plenty of ups and downs, put downs, and letdowns. Our mind is our weapon against the obstacles life throws our way. The meek shall rule the world? Bull****. It's survival of the fittest.

This is my interpretation, but I love this style of writing where the meaning is just obscured enough that the reader can take away whatever they want from it. Great job
