Array ( [sid] => 172175 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Limbo [time] => 2012-04-25 18:56:33 [hometext] => This just cameme, out of nowhere. I made this about a month ago. It came to me, because i had a dream about it.Hope you like it. [bodytext] =>
The riders come.
If you stay still, you can hear them.
They follow no rule, no path, no person.
They follow only themselves.
They are coming for us.
They come for vengence.
We have to run away, it's the only way,
to survive any punishment they have.
One figure stands away from the others.
It stands apart, in its stillness.
While others are fleeing,
others are screaming,
This figure stays there, silent.
We turn, as one, to look upon this still figure.
We know this faceless figure is facing what is coming.
We look upon this, and think of our fear.
Shame fills us.
The earth trembles, as the sound of horse-holves pounding the ground comes upon us.
The sight of the riders here, makes us tremble.
But still, that figure stays, even though the riders are intent on trampling it underfoot of the mighty stomp of the white horses.
We watch, in a kind of wonder, mezmerized by this rebellion.
We stay.
We have to know the end to this One Who Dares.
Silence falls, as the riders stop.
The riders leave.
The still figure is no more.We are not here anymore.
We were never here.
We are nowhere.
and we are nothing. [comments] => 1 [counter] => 174 [topic] => 74 [informant] => gypsymaddness [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => surreal )
