The Rape of the Sun

I walk up to the sun
(during it’s sunset period)
closer
until I am touching
its skin
and it is warm like a cat’s tummy
and fuzzy like an old blanket
I stroke it
with my fingertips
trace the moon
on the sun
I put my whole body
against the planet
dig my nails
into the skin
I tear holes
push my fist inside
ripping tearing ripping
the layers off the goddess
finally when
I shred
the curtain
to nothing
the sun
it is exposed
and underneath
I see
God’s Fetus
it looks up at me with
two worlds
and says:
“poo poop pee doo”
