JOKES : Blonde : Ninety-Eight, Ninety-Nine

Ninety-Eight, Ninety-Nine
ham Posted by Eve on 2003-Nov-18
495 people have seen this joke.
A girl sat on the side of the road counting, but only saying one number.
"Ninety-eight, ninety-eight, ninety-eight, ninety-eight..."
Until a blonde came along.
Blonde: "What are you doing?"
Girl: "Counting."
Blonde: "Can I count?"
Girl: "Sure."
So the blonde asked the girl how to do so, and the girl replied with,
"Well, first you sit in the middle of the road, and then you start counting."
So the blonde sat in the middle of the road and started counting.
"One, two, three..."
SPLAT. The blonde got run over. The girl on the side of the road said,
"Ninety-nine, ninety-nine, ninety-nine, ninety-nine..."

(My apologies to all blondes out there. It could easily be someone else, I''m sure.)

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
