This depends on if you are a free member or a Premium Member.
Free members may post 2 poems every 24 hours. To encourage interactivity and
build the community if your comments to poems ratio is 1:1 or higher, free members
may post 5 poems every 24 hours.
Premium Members may post 10 poems every 24 hours. If a Premium Member has a
comments to poems ratio of 1:1 or higher, you may post 20 poems every 24 hours.
(Different restrictions apply to posting in the Premium Members section - please
read them
here if you are a Premium Member.)
Poem posting is strictly controlled by the submission process. DO NOT sign
up for multiple accounts to try and get more poems onsite quicker, cookies are
used, and we will be checking for IP logs.

This is a "cookie" related problem and is to do with the way your browser handles "cookies". Here are the instructions for internet explorer 6, I will try and research the other browsers and place instructions for them here as well.
Internet Explorer 6.
Click on “Tools” then “Internet Options”
Then go to the “Privacy” tab, in here you will see towards the bottom, a section called “Web Sites” with the wording something like “override the cookie handling of single web sites”
Click on “EDIT” next to this, then where it says “Address of web site” put http://www.your-poetry.com
Then click on “Allow”
Then “Ok”
Then “Apply”
Then “Ok”
This will tell your browser to accept cookies for your poetry dot com, and should allow you to access the site without any problems.
More browsers to come!
If this is a little out of what you are comfortable doing, it may be best to ask someone who may have done this, or set up programs before.

There is no upper length limit on poetry, but there is a lower limit of at least 6 words (excluding words like "a; is; it; at; to the; etc.) Submissions with less than 6 words, or submissions that are obviously NOT POETRY, WILL BE DELETED. [ Back to Top ]
