What I Must Have Felt ?

There is pain , lots and lots of pain ,
Did I venture out seeking pain ,
No , I didnt , I was just looking out for some emotional gains .
Day in day out I made friends .
But did I ever give it a thought how my world would become when my friends leave .
No, never .
I guess I was wrong there ,
I should have given it a thought , a deep thought .
My friends were my world , I loved my world .
As all good things come to an end , so did this .
One fine day they just left ,
Without an explaination ,
Dont I deserve an explaination
They couldnt have left just like that ,
But they did leave just like that . why did they do this to me ?
I dont know , I dont have an explaination .
My world came crashing down for once .
I faced it ,
I felt it ,
But can you stand in my place and just for a second feel what I must have felt ?
I admit I fell in love a lot of times , everytime I thought it was so very real ,
so very genuine , so very truthful .
But after everything when the girls showed me their thumb or who just left like
my friends without an explaination .
I would feel betrayed ,
But betrayed by whom the girl or myself who was foolish enough to presume that the girl loved me .
No one again wanted to give an explaination or make me understand , why ?
Again my world came crashing down .
I faced it ,
I felt it ,
But can you stand in my place and just for a second feel what I must have felt ?
How does it feel when the one whom you love and vice-versa leaves without a notice ,
Bad , definitely bad ,
Father I am talking about you ,
Atleast you could have given me a notice .
I guess time didnt permit you to do that .
With friends and girls its ok , but you too !!!
You were the one I loved thee most ,
I myself didnt realize it then .
Over a span of time I have realized how much you loved me .
But I cant reciprocate it back to you ,
Can I !!!
I feel you are a bit too far and yet so very close in my memory where you will never cease to exist .
This time around my world didnt come crashing down ,
It was I who crashed downed .
I faced it ,
I felt it ,
But can you stand in my place and just for a second feel what I must have felt ?

The feelings in this poem are scattered. I liked it, but somehow it kept bouncing back and forth it was good though. A few of my poems are like the one above as well. Keep postin em.
