what happened

What happened to those summer days
Where we would just laze
And our presence to each other
Was all that mattered
What happened to those winter nights
When the cold was all we had to fight
And our presence to each other
Was all that mattered
What happened to those crisp fall days
When we went through that dark Goth faze
And our presence to each other
Was all that mattered
What happened to those bright spring mornings
When we would exchange our stories
And our presence to each other
Was all that mattered
What happened to us?
Now on those summer days
We fight in so many ways
And those winter nights
We have much more than the cold to fight
Remember those crisp fall days?
When we went thru that awesome faze?
That to is gone down the drain
What about those bright spring mornings?
Now we exchange rude looks
Instead of stories
What happened to us?

Really good job with this girl! I like the repeated line scheme for the first half...Then how you quickened the flow for the last half. Nice expression, especially towards the end.
