The resistance of the world,
Words cannot explain the thoughts,
Learning since childhood,
I should say NO!
But its not that easy,
The temptation within is strong,
I fight my own battle each day,
Wanting to do what is right,
But I slip,
Next time I should say NO!
I fail again,
I try to stay strong,
I stand up ready to battle,
I try very hard,
But the temptation is strong,
I slip and repeat the wrong,
I know who is behind my temptations,
Why cant I stop myself?
I know I am doing wrong,
Why do I keep doing the bad?
I fight my own battle,
This time I will stop it,
Turns out I fail again,
I am only left to wonder
If the temptations will swallow me.
