I feel like I am
Abandoning you
Like when I leave
You will forget me
Im not a bad mommy
Im only doing whats best
For me and you
I promise I'll come back
To take you home with me
When the time is right
Mommy has to make sure
You have what you need
And not go without
All because of me
I will be back
Just give me a little time
To ensure our new life
And have it ready for you
It wont be that long
Just do one thing for mommy
Please dont forget me
I need to know you wont
Hate me for this
I need to ensure
Your future and well being
But I will be back
Give me a little while
Mommy promises
This is whats best
Then we will be togather

| I loved that. I understand where you're coming from. It breaks my heart just to drop my son off at day care. He cries like he'll never see me again every day. Don't feel bad, I'm sure you're a wonderful Mother. He will understand when he gets older. Don't feel bad at all you did what was ultimately best for him in the long run. I know every minute away from our precious boys is like a lifetime, but it was only a week to make a better life for you two. Good luck and feel better and know your son loves you deeply. |
