another night another walk another man living in a carboard box
the intellict all hang at the bars and the clubs
all on mind holicanatic drugs
societys based on the rich and the strong
not the ones who are fighting the wrongs
children die hungry mothers a whore
selling her body just for a score
the dead husk of an old man laying in the ditch
died from frostbite he pastout from his fix
this is my world not covered with glee
just filled with hate thats all that i see
but one love to all just doesnt do
i need atleast some of your help all of you to
i struggle and i fall helping the few
being raised on the streets its the last i could do
now as i walk with this surreal sense of view
if no helps out what will they do

| Great poem and great message...it's so true and I think it's time that someone stands up and does something about it, I'm so tired of ignoring our society's issues. Speaking out about it is the only way we'll make a difference...thank you...and great job..keep it up! |
