There is a darkness in the night
It oversees all other light
In the darkness no flowers bloom
Instead there is much much gloom
In the darkness there is no play
Creatures stay for away
In the darkness sounds are scary
Not those of a mystical fairy
In the darkness the trees are tall
You can hear the tree leaves fall
There is a darkness in the night
It oversees all other light
