Some thing is speaking around me,
I look, but its all so far away
So distant so big.
And Im small.
And dont feel like I live.
I dont feel any thing any more.
And I see repeated flash-backs, twisted and raw.
And I get confused when things dont make sense.
And I feel so used from the lows in my head.
And I cant fit in,
So people threaten me.
Im not scared.
But I just wanna scream.
Nothing feels real.
And every thing hurts.
And people are spinning,
And Im just cursed
Please help me!
And notice me!
Dont ignore me!
Im scared!

I read this poem and the one entitled "I can't get out'
They are both very raw and it reminds me of myself... I went through the worst kinds of intense depression for eight years and I am still battling it ..
i really encourage you to read some of my poems... especially the ones on page two to six...
They may give you something to relate to...
