Everythings right And nothings wrong When I look at your face And Im in your arms
Later that night I look up at the stars And wonder which one Could be ours
Than something happened And I didnt know what to do You said you loved me And theres nothing to lose
But for some odd reason I didnt believe you And when you looked in my eyes It wasnt really you
Later that night I got a call You said you got stoned Down at the mall
You told me your sorry And you wont do it again Yet I know the stories And you will do it again
So now I gotta let you go Now matter how much I dont want to I know its for the best And that I have to
So now I say goodbye And I look in your eyes And I see what has fallen Its the stars in the sky
Stars are falling In the sky Faster and faster they fall As I fade away into where I lay
Im gone for good And theres no coming back No matter how much you beg Im not coming back

Aw i can relate to your sadness.
The emotion was very real in this poem, and I also fell in love with a stoner, and yeah it wasnt pretty. So i can really understand your pain and how much it does hurt to say goodbye and walk away.
Well done, thank you for sharing.
Hope to you dear poet. |
